Don't let testing scare you

Well ,were further into the school year and there more work that we have to do but it seems like my biggest problem is testing so last week I told you guys that I was going to a anxiety lecture last Thursday with Bev Evans. It’s was a refreshing to know that I wasn’t the only person with this problem because I really thought I was the only goof troop that had this problem and felt the same way. If you’re having problems like once you get the test and you can’t remember your name, the feelings you may get when the other students are getting done before and there walking out and you feel like you’re not that smart because you’re still sitting there. Or maybe you have the problem like me where I know until that test is placed in front of me. She told us the key thing to do is to relax and get rid of the can't in your head. Imagine your on a beach or some where relaxing when you start feeling this way. Today is going to be my first day since the lecture so I’ll see how this works. One thing I would like to tell you guys don’t be embrassed if you’re the last one still sitting there do what’s best for you and block them out.
For one of my classes I also had to see a play and that play was called The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon. This was a small comedy of the story your were told as a child by only five actors. I took my girls and thought it was funny if you time you should go and check out the next showing is Oct 3 at 230. The second half is the best.

  1. I love this blog posting, Tanisha, because you are offering your personal experience to help calm your readers' fears. Also, the play review was neat. When I went to college, my grandma told me to go to everything (plays, musicals, lectures, etc.) that I could because those were as important to my education as the classes. I did, and I'm glad.
